Instrumental Workshop 2009 Registration
Directions:
- 1. Fill out the information for the Director/School and click "Continue".
- 2. Fill out the student information and instrument for a student, and click "Register Student".
- 3. Repeat previous step until all students are registered.
- 4. Once all students are registered, click "Finish and Confirm" under the School information.
Please mail one check including $20.00 for each registered student to: Instrumental Workshop 2009 School of Music, Central Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48859. Checks should be made payable to CMU. The postmark deadline is October 23. We're sorry we cannot accept faxed registrations.
